To insert a post operation right click on an existing operation and select "Insert Post Operation". add this in the lib file in the start of operation. The "tape output" is defined in the Mill.lib and will allow you to select Optional Stop (M01) or Program Stop (M00). ![]() I typically put post operations after all the OPRID= for the other non post operations. It took me 2 days to get a HAAS post from them and I had to change 3/4 of it. So if anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.Īlso please don't tell me to contact my reseller. I need to be able to post a program by tomorrow. This is where I am at, and I have no idea what to do. This is exactly what it says, it really cuts off the "Progr" off "Program/Option Stop" Syntax error or unrecognized variable name But when I go to compile the post I get this message: Just Program/Option Stop and that SECTIONEXIST (Program/Option Stop = _). :C: IF SECTIONEXIST (Program/Option Stop = 2) THEN ENDIF :C: IF Program/Option Stop = 1 THEN ENDIF I could not find anything else labeled as and end of operation. ![]() This is where I suspect the needed link to my option would have to go. In my "MILL.LIB" file under "SECTIONS" there is a ":SECTION=CALC_END_OPERATION". Just like I set it up.īut I do not know where to set up this Attribute? to be read by the post processor. Using the videos from I was able to get an option in my CAMWorks "Operations Parameters" under "Posting" for the option of Option Stop M01, Program Stop M00, or No Stop. We do a lot of prototypes and very small runs, and need the option of stopping to check the part after each operation. ![]() I want to have the option of adding a M01 or M00 to the end of every operation. If your having problems understanding some of this just like me, I highly suggest looking up their videos. They are not my reseller, so I don't know if I'm gonna get any help from them. I have also sent an e-mail to because their 2 videos on the UPG and EC Editor have helped me tremendously trying to get my post processor setup. ![]() I have searched and searched but have not found an answer to this question. I know I know, another post processor question.
